HP LaserJet 1010 Series
HP LaserJet 1010 lost its zip
( problem id 1010-012 )
have had the above printer for about a year now and at first it worked perfectly well -- smooth, quiet and quick.
However in recent weeks it's decided to go on a go slow. By this I mean that it starts up quickly and gives me the first page
of text on time but then there is a 12 to 15 second gap before the next and subsequent pages.
To make things even more peculiar it will occasionally work at its normal pace.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers but to no avail.
I wonder if you can suggest anything that might be causing this problem to what is otherwise a perfectly good printer.
